A few minutes from restaurants, parks, shops and transit; approximately 40 minutes from downtown Vancouver and the airport. It features a full kitchen/bathroom, washer/dryer and access via private entrance. Our family is active from around 8am-9pm and the kids enjoy playing in the backyard when they're not in school. We welcome all genders/orientations and abide by all travel restrictions.

Walking distance to all,Skytrain, Royal Columbian Hospital, Justice Institute, state of the art aquatic center, grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, park and more! Bus stop is right out side of our house to take you where you want to go if you don’t want to be walking. Also if you are arriving by skytrain the stop is called Sapperton Station, if you have luggage it is best to take a cab or uber as it is uphill.
