The Private Guest House is set on our property which is located on a corner (1.5 acre lot) close to the east side of Evansville. The convenient large circle drive makes it easy to enter and exit. The east side of Evansville offers Malls, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Entertainment, Gyms, Starbucks, and Theaters. Little Monticello

Little Monticello is a spacious 3 bedroom home one block away from the beautiful river front. Great walking paths. Walking distance to downtown Newburgh dining and shops. The master bedroom has a king size bed , bedroom # 2 has a queen size bed and dressing table. Bedroom #4 has a full size bed.. Bedrooms 1&2 have TV’s in them. The side porch is great for relaxing or hanging out with the little ones. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the kitchen area behind the barn door.

Please note that the loft is above a coffee shop that opens at 7am each day and you will hear some noise. 2 complimentary drip coffees are included with your stay!

You will be welcomed by 3,400 square foot updated home. Great for families, and business travelers yet cozy enough for 2-4 as downstairs sleeps up to 4, full bath, dedicated work space. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms, 2 full baths, bedroom suite great for kids, 1 full bed and bunk beds full bottom, twin top. Trundle under bunk beds only for toddler. Please review photos as house sleeps 11, we only have 7 beds, 3 being in kids suite. Game room w/ PacMan, toys. Have central air & heat.
