Heath View Annexe is a separate building in our garden, in a quiet residential street. A spacious bedroom with king size bed, sofa, table & chairs and private bathroom. Private parking behind gates. In the hallway there's a kettle and fridge along with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal & porridge pots. Located a mile from central Newmarket and 2 miles from the race courses. 15/20 minute walk to Tattersalls and the Railway station. 13 miles from Cambridge & Ely and 14 miles to Bury St Edmunds.

Private room , self contained.

My place is close to Newmarket races , town centre , horse racing gallops , Cambridge . My place is good for solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). This is a great Private room with wet room , twin beds and a camp bed for a third guest . plus kitchen area with the essentials kettle , toaster , microwave , fridge , it also has a single electric hob . It is a quiet location and separate from the main house , there is a back gate entrance ,use car park in scaltback drive.

House in the heart of Newmarket

Come and stay in our spacious house in the heart of Newmarket. The house has three bedrooms, one with ensuite, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a fantastic outside area where you can enjoy the sun all day. The house is a five minute walk into town, where you can jump on a free shuttle bus to the famous Newmarket racecourse. The house is clean and modern but still feels homely. Horses can often be seen in the neighbouring Martin Smith Racing paddock from the bedroom windows.

Sympathetically converted stables, with lots of natural light, open beams and under floor heating. Large kitchen with Bosch appliances, secure fenced gardens at front and rear with seating and dining areas. Very close to Newmarket, 15 minutes from Cambridge Park and Ride Newmarket Rd, central location in the village. A peaceful place to stay

Comfortable and cozy flat

The flat is in walking distance to the town centre, Rowley Mile race course and Tattersalls. The July race course is about 20 minutes walk but there is a free bus Shuttle which leaves from the bus stop in the High St 2 hours before the first race. Please go to the jockey club website for more information. The flat is ten minutes from the A14, A11, 35 minutes from Stansted and is comfortable and warm. TV,wifi. No pets. I am very flexible with check in. Gated entrance,secure parking.

A beautiful modern, recently renovated one bedroom cottage with a separate sitting room/kitchen. The cottage is situated in a historic racehorse training yard within walking distance of the middle of Newmarket. Newmarket is the centre of horse racing and this property is perfectly situated for visitors who want to go racing, to Tattersalls or just visit the town. The cottage has it's own separate entrance and is equipped with a kettle, oven, coffee machine, wifi and a large smart TV.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. Lovely, recently fully renovated house from which you can easily access Newmarket town centre. It’s a 2 minute walk to either the High Street or Market Square. The horse racing museum is just 5 minutes walk away. Tattersalls is a 15 minute walk and the train station is just 20 minutes away. There is no parking outside the property, a car park is located very close by (chargeable), which is priced very reasonably.
