The guesthouse is attached via a breezeway to the main house. There is a covered pavilion where you can grill and eat. We have a pool that is open May-September. We have 2.5 acres mostly fenced. There is a concrete walking trail in the back yard about a 1/4 mile loop. The home is pet friendly with NO additional charge, just notify me when you book the house. We allow up to 2 pets. We ask that you keep them on a leash in the pool/courtyard area. They can run in the backyard and potty back there.

This recently remodeled space is a one bedroom, beer-themed apartment that is located in the center of restaurants, bike trails, parks, boutiques and of course our brewery. Booking includes one free flight per stay (must be 21). Our brewery is a gem in the Midwest that provides an inviting experience to make you feel welcome.

Everyone will enjoy easy access from this centrally located home. Things to do include Neosho Historic Square, parks & biking trails, bowling, movies, Neosho National Fish Hatchery & Crowder College. Nearby is Route 66, Precious Moments, casinos, airports, Crystal Bridges, University of Arkansas, and minor league baseball. We are within 35 miles of Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas & Oklahoma. Close to town without the crowds. minutes from the crossroads of i49 & i44 we are easy to get to. close to the restaurant district & shopping. setting in the corner of 10 acres at the end of the road. our horses will greet you, expecting a treat… still working on stalls and landscaping, please excuse the mess.

Our home is a spacious family getaway conveniently located right off I49 between Joplin and Neosho. This country farm has plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Please note this house is on a working 90 acre farm and there are other residences on this 90 acres.

Larry's Buffalo Creek Cabin

Larry's cabin is a quiet 2 bedroom cabin nestled away on a secluded section of Buffalo Creek in the middle of our ranch. The cabin sits on the creek and is surrounded by pastures, wooded hills and grassy meadows. Its a great place to relax and reset from the stress life.
