The historic 1884 Goldrush town of Barberton is just a 2km walk away. Gold mining tours and panning are available and the area still has 7 working gold mines. The Mozambique guest suite is located in a farming community situated 5km out of town. It comprises of a fully furnished, air conditioned unit with free Wi-Fi. Another personal favorite of mine is a breakfast barbecue in the Kruger. If you really want to have the true Low-veld experience head over to Hazyview only 30 minutes away and do some white water rafting.
