Victor is awesome. He is probably the perfect kind of host you would want. He is attentive. His instructions came with detailed pictures for entrance and trash. I felt right at home in his Airbnb. Like I was living there my whole life. Spotless and clean. With plenty of plates and utensils to entertain another couple.

Celesta Rise is a stunning new property located in one of the more peaceful districts in Ho Chi Minh. It has multiple towers, 2 major pools with eclectic art installations (dolphins, dandelions), on-site daycare, theatre room, multipurpose room, and a gorgeous front lobby with a magnificent fitness center on level 2 of the main building. For Southeast Asia, the wifi offers decent to strong coverage. It's definitely a great luxury property for families, friends, and business travelers. Because it was recently built, many residents and guests may encounter odors of fresh paint and construction dust as well as debris.

The apartment and all furniture is brand new, everything was super clean. Whenever I had a question, Nguyen responded nearly immediately, so he is a great host. The neighborhood is a bit boring, but simply take a public bus or Grab (car or motorbike) to get to D1, if you want to really discover the city. The only issue, that I had, was, that the apartment is on the first floor, so it is on the same level like the swimming pool, gym, playroom etc., so there are sometimes people walking by the windows. Which means, you would have to close the curtains to have privacy. But other than that, I would highly recommend this apartment with two large bedrooms and bathrooms for 2 couples or a couple with 1 or 2 kids. I had a few suggestions for minor improvements and I am 100% sure, Nguyen will consider them, as he is very responsible and very nice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ MANY THANKS!

I chose this location due to its price compared to other places in District 1 and I have no regrets. The whole apartment and facilities were of top quality. The location is a little further from district 1 but it’s worth the quiet and peace u get out of it. The customer service from Sua and the team was really good and they kept on checking if I needed anything. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to HCM.

Clean apartment in quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very comfortable bed and a huge swimming pool.

I stayed at LIM Concepts in Saigon, Vietnam, for the last 5 months, and it was wonderful. The studio is clean, cozy, and feels like home. The location is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty to do. A highlight is the great restaurant connected to the complex. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Hosts were really nice, proactive in response. Amazing place, looks exactly like the picture. Peaceful neighborhood. Location’s a little far from centre, do book grab in advance. 👍👍
