Note. Our family comes here to sleep, to unplug and to recharge our emotional batteries. This property could really be called - 'Time-slips-away-here country house' because of the peace, the quiet and the simplicity of mind you get after staying there. This once completely run down country house has been renovated by a Swedish real estate genius adding some peculiar touches to the overall feel. All in all this is a great place - our guests report having slept for hours and unplug completely.

A new and sunny holiday house with a private terrace is located in a calm neighbourhood. In the house you will find two bedrooms on the second floor, bathroom, living room and kitchen with everything you might need for cooking on the first floor. The cosy romantic terrace where you can spend evenings with your family and enjoy dinner cooked on the BBQ grill. The house stands just a few minutes to the quiet and clean seaside, so you will be able to hear the sound of sea waves.

Šķiperi- "Kamīnmāja" , idéal pour 4 personnes où vous pouvez passer votre temps libre. Nous pouvons accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes (frais supplémentaire pour (5éme et 6éme personne sont de 15euro par personne) Nous sommes près de la mer Baltique, une petite ballade par le parc forestier naturel de Bernāti vous y emmènera. La maison est chauffée par un poêle à bois, qui fournit de la chaleur en toute saison. Le barbecue et le bois de chauffage sont inclus dans le prix.

Small but cosy apartment in the heart of Liepāja. Perfect for couples and family with kids. Near to Food market and 10 minute walk to seaside. The apartment is warm and cosy also at the winter time, because it has an automatic electric heater. And if you want you can always light the wood burning fireplace for an extra cosy feel. Kitchen has all the appliances that you need for a comfortable food preparation and there is also a high chair for children.

We fell in love with Liepāja and wanted to feel more at home every time we came here. We kept that in mind when creating this place. We added small, personal and slightly artistic details that include a wide, sunlit space, books, an unconventional bed above ground, a fireplace for calm evenings and a projector for movie lovers.

Modern fin liten lägenhet nära till stan. Cirka ~5 min till centrum, ~10-12 min till stranden. Har alla bekvämligheter man kan tänkas behöva. Har 3 matbutiker inom 3 min promenad räckvidd. I lägenheten kan upp till 4 personer sova över, fler får sova över men då måste man ta med egen luftmadrass eller liknande. Husdjur EJ tillåtna, rökning förbjudet!
