Nicosie : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

Sezin was a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. We stayed for 1 night on our way back to the airport for a very early flight. For the few hours we spent with Sezin we felt that we had made a friend for life. Beautiful house and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

The wifi was hit & miss at night but otherwise everything was fine, when I contacted the host about the wifi they rectify the problem, beautiful home and a very warm welcome on arrival.

If you are looking for peaceful place away from noise, traffic and crowded places, you should definitely choose Dinos place. You get nice size room with AC and private bathroom and shared well equipped kitchen. Dinos is very friendly and always ready to help. Don’t forget to try fruits from his garden. It’s good idea to rent a car to get to shops or sea side as buses are running but not as often as you would wish.

I had a wonderful experience at Nicki house! The place was very clean, modern and had everything i needed to feel at home! Nicki was a fantastic host. She was very accommodating, helpful and friendly! If you’re looking for a quiet place away from all the hubbub and tourists to relax, then this is your place! Highly recommended!

This beautiful apartment offers all that is listed and even more. It’s very easy to find and there is ample parking space in the back. The interior is nicely decorated and has comfortable seats. There is a large kitchen with big fridge which Eleni had filled with wine, water, fruit, eggs, butter and milk. On the counter was tea, coffee, crackers and jam. There are many cooking utensils and a washing machine. The 2 bedrooms have very comfortable beds with suberb matresses. Also the linnens are of good quality. There’s a large bathroom with plentry of towels, tissues and shampoos; also plenty of space for your own toiletries. Eleni is an amazing host who reacts to your messages within a few minutes. She’s extremely helpful and will answer all your questions at once. I have never been hosted by such an incredible friendly person. When she heard that I was admitted to hospital for an operation she offered us 2 extra nights for free. We accepted with gratitude. Recommended 100%

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Πολύ όμορφο σπιτάκι, κατάλληλο για δυο άτομα! Μου άρεσε πολύ. Ήταν καθαρό κ έχει ένα πολυ όμορφο κ μεγάλο μπαλκόνι . Αν κ μπροστά σε κεντρικό δρόμο δεν έχει καθόλου θόρυβο. Είναι κοντά σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε, καφέ κ πρωινό, φούρνο και εύκολο για μετακίνηση. Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι εξαιρετικός, απαντάει αμέσως κ μας άφησε κ για late checkout δωρεάν!!! Το συστήνω!!!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Θα ξαναέρθουμε!

El apartamento de Stuart es perfecto para un viajero solitario. La habitación esta limpia y es grande. El lavabo esta limpio. Las vista desde el balcón son fantásticas. Además puedes usar la lavadora sin ningún problema. Stuart es una persona atenta y amable. Me recomendó un restaurante muy bueno.

This place is a gem. Sara and her family were so kind and welcoming from start to finish, generous with advice and information and ideas for outings. I learned so much. We loved the cooking class (booked separately -- highly recommend this!), and the breakfasts were delicious -- fresh food and even fresh juice to go with it! The room is huge and well-maintained, the building is amazing, and the surroundings are so peaceful. 100% recommend, and will be recommending to any friends who come to Cyprus.

The rooms are relatively basic but fabulously clean, Andreas and his team/family will take care of every wishes you might have. Breakfast very tasty. I would come again any time. Such a hospitality is seldom to be found. Hope to be back some day.

Our stay at Sara and Tassos’s place was absolutely fantastic! It’s a rare gem in Cyprus: a true agritourism experience that’s hard to find on the island. Sara and Tassos were wonderful hosts, upgrading us to a larger room since it was available. The highlight was definitely the dinner they offer: traditional Cypriot dishes with a modern twist, all made from locally sourced ingredients, many from their own land. If you’re staying here, don’t miss out on this culinary delight! Beyond the amazing food and accommodations, Sara and Tassos enriched our stay by sharing fascinating historical insights about Cyprus and offering fantastic recommendations for local spots that aren’t overrun by tourists. Their guidance led us to some hidden gems in the area that we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Their deep knowledge of the island and passion a more sustainable tourism truly enhanced our experience.

Excellent accommodation, comfortable, clean, we had a great time and I recommend it to everyone

Located in North Nicosia, the stay at Memduh’s place was very comfortable. It is definitely in walkable distance from the border (which is easy to cross). The surroundings are not as well kept as in south Nicosia, but apart from missing walkways we did not encounter any problems. I think if staying in Nicosia, one should definitely experience both sides! A big plus was also the breakfast, lovingly prepared. Memduh was very responsive and gave local tips.

Very enjoyable stay. The B and B was spotlessly clean , a beautiful building , excellent shower, comfortable bedroom and we had a very good breakfast. The kitchen facilities were available during the day and early morning to make drinks, which we found very useful. Thank you to Memduh and his lovely housekeeper for an interesting and very enjoyable stay.
