Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. with undercover car park and storage cage. The open plan living room is spacious.. the kitchen is well fitted and functional and the bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. There is a verandah with a small sitting area with table + 4 chairs with a beautiful view of surrounding trees. Its close to the shopping precinct and DFO and to public transport and trams that travel to Melbourne city. It’s near RMiT University as well as LaTrobe University.
