This cozy cottage is located on a quiet street in the Target Range neighborhood of Missoula. It is adjacent to a main house, but it is completely private and self-sufficient. The cottage can be accessed by a lockbox, allowing guests to check-in as they please. This is tiny home living. Additional guests are not recommended. Cozy and cute, it has a very comfortable layout and is nestled in 9 Mile, close to the interstate for easy commute to Missoula, but out in the country for quiet times and stargazing, minus distractions and busyness of town. Kitchen is fully stocked and we have homemade brew on tap for the beer lovers. Enjoy an evening of outdoor cinema, a bonfire, or just a breath of fresh air.

Property backs up to the Clarks Fork River so bring your rod. We are two blocks from the bike trail that runs to the college. We have bikes that you can borrow.
