Very clean and modern feel! Extremely up market and peaceful. Pretty much had the pool to ourselves for most of the stay and when we requested extra pillows they were delivered within a couple of hours. The messaging app for communication during our stay worked very well and the hosts responded immediately. Will definitely return to this accommodation.

Shaun lakása nagyon jó helyen van, minden /strandok, éttermek, boltok, pékség, buszmegálló/elérhető egy rövid sétával. A lakás jól felszerelt, otthonosan éreztük magunkat. Shaun kedves, segítőkész. Ajánlom ezt a lakást,ha szeretnél egy békés, nyugodt helyen megszállni.

Antoniaka was an amazing host – super friendly, helpful, and very understanding. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Perfect location too, just a minute away from the main street where everything happens in Ayia Napa. Definitely recommend!

We had a very good time at this apartment. Check-in was super easy and we were even allowed to check out a little later which was very helpful as both us had to work. Thank you again! Overall a very lovely apartment, everything you need and an awesome balcony. Nice surroundings, very close to some shops, restaurants and a stunning beach. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Wir können uns allen Bewertungen nur anschließen und haben uns sofort wie zu hause gefühlt. Die persönliche Begrüßung war herzlich, der Kühlschrank gefüllt, das Bett bequem und die Küche voll ausgestattet, was uns das Kochen erleichtert hat. Die Markise und der Schirm auf der Terasse sind gold wert, da es sonst ab 10 Uhr sehr sonnig wäre. Sehr nachhaltig ist auch, dass die Klimaanlage automatisch nach max. 4 Stunden ausschaltet.

Comfortable stay. The only issue I had was with the water pressure in the shower but I guess that can’t be changed. We couldn’t get the oven to work either but didn’t bother asking the host as we just used the toasty machine. Would be good if there were a toaster. The apartment was very clean and the comfortable for 3 adults. We each had a large bed and there were 3 toilets and 2 showers.

Elisaveta is a very kind and attentive host and we felt right at home at her place. Really appreciated the quiet yet walkable location and of course the wonderful terrace. Thanks!

Прекрасные хозяева, все очень четко и доступно было в рекомендациях для быстрого заселения. Хозяин был очень любезен и разрешил нам немного раньше заехать в квратиру. Все было отлично, местоположение очень удобное. Близко находятся и магазины, и к пляжу не далеко, при этом не мешает ночью шум от ночных клубов. В квартире было все чисто и были все необходимые вещи для пребывания нашей семьи из 5- ти человек. Даже пляжные игрушки и зонт, что очень порадовало. Большое спасибо за гостепреимный прием!

The flat is located in a very good location, walking distance from amazing beaches, the pedestrian street of Protaras, restaurants, cafes and shops. Fully renovated apartment, spotlessly clean with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, ideal for short or long trips. From the beginning Panagiotis was helpful, willing to explain anything we needed, was very kind and he was always there with a smile!

Ev sahipleri bizimle çok güzel ilgilendi, hatta ihtiyacımızı karşılamak için evde olmamasına rağmen mikrodalga bile getirdiler. Gayet güzel bir 3 geceydi, umarım bir gün yeniden ziyaret ederiz 🙏🏻

Nina and Patrick were fantastic hosts, will definitely stay there again. Having three separate bathrooms for everyone was a great addition to our holiday!

Hote très réactif, excellente localisation

Since the very beginning of my stay in Anastasia's apartment was overwhelmed by the interior design...positioning, funcionality as priority, decent but modest approach to decoration and environment itself... Very often I've realised that visual part is interfering with different areas of perception, and it wasn't out of delusion... Everything seems to be inch perfect...not too big, not too small either... Outdoor area is there just to confirm all the aspects of the coastal life... Long stretch ahead gives you room for imagination...whether to read the book in the shade or to enjoy ice-cold lemonade on the sun bathed end of the yard... Either way you'll surely be greeted by gentle and revitalising song of unique local birds probably the same way as it was on this shores tens of centuries ago... All in all really nice, tidy and spacious place to stay...

Natalia und ihr Mann waren nette Gastgeber. Natalias Mann hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht und ebenso bei Abreise. Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung und die Lage ist super. Die Strände Nissi Beach und Landa Beach sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind auch die Bushaltestellen, die nach Ayia Napa City und Larnaca fahren. Die Sauberkeit im Apartment war in Ordnung. Ein zweites Set Bettwäsche und Handtücher wäre toll gewesen. Da wir nicht gekocht haben, können wir zur Ausstattung der Küche nicht sagen. An einigen Stellen weißt die Küche stäerke Abnutzungsspuren vor, was schade ist, dass die Gäste nicht pfleglich damit umgehen. Besonders nett war, dass wir länger als bis zur regulären Check Out Zeit im Apartment bleiben durften. So konnten wir unseren Abreisetag noch voll nutzen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Natalia und Panayotas

Hôtes très serviables et logement de très bonne qualité. Cuisine entièrement équipée, accessoires de douches et de plage, compte netflix a disposition, wifi, vous ne manquerez de rien, l'annonce est claire et les autres avis ne mentent pas, ce logement est aussi parfait que les Hôtes Une bonne continuation à eux 🙂

Temizliyor konusunda hassasiyetimiz vardı fakat yataklar ve ev tertemizdi, konumu bulma konusunda da hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Det bästa air-bnb boendet hittills ( av många). Som barnfamilj kände vi oss väldigt hemma. Fanns allting vi behövde ( potta, spjälsäng, matstol, leksaker och balanscykel). Äldsta (3 åringen) cyklade på balanscykeln varje dag till stranden. Startpaketet med mat var väldigt bra, då vi var väldigt slitna efter att ha rest i 9 timmar med småbarn. Området är lugnt och autentiskt. Restauranger och matbutiker finns inom gångavstånd. Stranden, Malama beach, var väldigt rent och barnvänlig. Pratar redan om att komma tillbaka och bo här igen! 💛

L’appartement d’Andreas est spacieux, fonctionnel et très bien équipé, et avec une très grande terrasse . Très bien situé pour visiter la région. Cela a été très simple de communiquer avec Andreas .

Very nice and clean house. There are some confortabilities that you do not find in other places like toaster, water boiler, amd kitchen paper. There was a problem with the bed, and as soon as we informed her, she send someone to fix it, she responded immediately. Very good service!
