It’s in the middle of Elmegade, a cosy boutiquestyle street full of winebars, cafes and lovely clothes shops. The flat is situated on the top and has wonderful views all over Copenhagen. It's very quiet and full of light. A perfect place to relax and rewind. There is easy access to public transport and walking distance to most sights. You will have a lovely time here.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

Der er mange cafeer og restauranter i området, og kun ca. 15 min. til centrum af København. De velbesøgte havnebade i Nordhavnen ligger kun 10 minutters gang fra lejligheden. 75m til byens bedste bager - JUNO, og 150m til BOPA plads og byens bedste isbutik - ISOTEKET. Parken 10 minutters gang, her har du byens største græsplæner, til leg og solbadning.

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i Kbh med kun 3,7 km til Rådhuspladsen og kun 250 meter til metroen. Lejligheden har et køkken/alrum, soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse og entré. Jeg anbefaler lejligheden til 2 personer, men I er velkomne til at bo 3, men så skal den sidste sove på madras i stuen, hvilket mine egne gæster også gør. Udenfor er der en lille terrasse med bord og stole.
