Der er både have foran huset, hvor man kan drikke sin morgenkaffe og bagved huset, hvor man kan spise sin aftensmad i solen (om sommeren). Man kan nemt komme med offentlig transport eller cykel til alle Københavns restauranter og seværdigheder.

Lejligheden består af stort køkken og stue i et plan, lille soveværelse og soveplads i kælderrum. Badeværelse op ad trappe med brusebad, karbad og toilet. Der er privat indgang og gratis parkering. Indkøbsmuligheder er 100 m væk, og med S-tog er der 8 min til centrum af København.

There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.
