Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

Lost River Tiny House

The Tiny House may be tiny, but she be fierce! It is packed full, inside and out, with all the things you need for a lovely unplugged stay in the North Cascades. Wake up to birds singing, take your coffee outside on the large wraparound deck and breathe in the fresh mountain air. After a day exploring, come back to enjoy a drink and some sort of treat you may have picked up from the Mazama Store. Please be aware that there is no WiFi! And you may not have cell coverage. Did we mention no WiFi?

The Onyx at Boulder Woods

Modern riverfront cabin situated on two acres by the Skykomish River. Expansive scenic space in nature close to Steven's Pass ski resort, hiking trails, and year-round outdoor adventures. The property features stunning river, forest, and mountain views. Come enjoy patio, BBQ, and firepit time..The cabin has two queen-sized beds in a loft bedroom overlooking the river, and two living room areas. Enjoy river rafting or fishing from the property, and local hiking, skiing, and mountain climbing.

Alpine Woods cabin close to trails, ski in/out

Alpine Woods features a long driveway set back in the woods for a private feel. The cabin's open floor plan and high ceilings throughout make it feel spacious. The large backyard is great for outdoor games, socializing and relaxing. In winter the plowed, flat roads make for easy driving. Ski-in, ski-out access. Great location, close drive to North Cascade trails, Mazama (3.5 miles), Winthrop (11 miles) and the Methow Valley Community Trail and suspension bridge within walking distance.

Mazama Unplugged

This cozy modern cabin is in the heart of Mazama just 6 miles from the Mazama store and minutes from hiking and ski trails. The cabin is NOT a secluded cabin in the woods as you can see other houses around you and it is close to Lost River Road. But the road ends just north of the cabin and it is the "end of line" for Mazama and the Methow Valley, so the area remains fairly quiet. **PLEASE SEE NOTES BELOW regarding Smoke & Fire Season during the Summer. and location of second bedroom.

Private bedroom suite with office a mile to town

Our barn house is a unique and tranquil getaway, about a mile from town. We live up on the top level second floor and your all inclusive private space has one bed room, lounge area and full bathroom which is on the first floor. This is a working horse property so you will most likely hear farm noises and the sounds of horses outside your window. Enjoy a picnic area with a BBQ and picnic table provided. There is also a semi private sitting area by the willow tree with a fire pit.

The Caboose in Conconully

This property is located on Salmon Creek in the historic town of Conconully Washington! There are 2 lakes within walking distance for fishing or swimming. There is also a grocery store, and 2 restaurants/bars. Plenty of fishing available on both lakes. If you need a fishing pole, just let us know. There are amazing mountains to explore and many nearby towns to visit. Our little town is full of deer for your viewing pleasure. We have a wonderful state park as well.

Cozy A-Frame in North Cascade Mountains

Winedown is a beautiful, constructed A-Frame built in 1967 and completely renovated in 2019 tucked in the North Cascades. As dawn turns to daybreak, there’s nothing more pleasant than being drawn from slumber by the sun light springing through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows and the sound of gushing water from Boulder Creek echoing through each surface of the property. Winedown is proudly a family-focused property that is scent and shoe free.

The Hobbit Inn

In a quiet fold of the mountains above the great Columbia River lies a small curious dwelling built into the hill. Through its round green door you’ll find a snug room, a steady fire, and quiet enough to hear your thoughts. It was made for those who take joy in small comforts and simple work. Here, time lingers, tea tastes better, and the world feels just a bit larger beyond the door.

Mazama Retreat @ Goat Wall: 3 Bedrooms + Huge Loft

Beautiful views of stunning Goat Wall flank this large rural 90's home, and separately rented, attached studio (you may have neighbors), in the Mazama area of the Methow Valley, a short drive from miles of mountain biking, hiking and Nordic ski trails. You can ski and hike right out your door! North Cascades Nat'l Park is ~45 minutes drive, accessed by Highway 20 in the summer.

Although shops and restaurants are only a five- to ten-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.
