The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

Stay in a very clean, private master suite with big backyard and private entrance, huge bedroom and bathroom featuring a large stone tiled shower with strong pressure! **Please note I live in the front of house, your private own entrance is in the backyard. Neighborhood is close to historic North Charleston Downtown with tons of bars and restaurants on East Montague. About 20 minutes to the beach (Isle of Palms) and 15 to downtown! Now with a window AC unit just in time for summer!

Welcome to Charleston!! My 1 bedroom suite just minutes from the airport, boeing, outlets, and boat landing. you’re just 15-20 mins from downtown and 45 minutes from amazing beaches. This cozy suite is located downstairs from our home. You'll have the private entrance to the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and patio. living room is equipped with roku tv, sofa and a daybed. My home is located right across the street from the Ashley river.
