Gran’s Cottage is a beautiful three bedroom cottage dating from 1890, fully modernised & refurbished. We can accommodate upto 5 guests in our stonebuilt cottage. A fantastic fully stocked local shop 5 minutes walk and a great local pub 5 minutes walk away. Please note, the cottage has a large walk in shower, but no Bath Entry to the property by lockbox. We'll include fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other channels. Located close to the A4174 ring road between Bristol and Bath. Bristol Centre - Around 5 Miles. Travel time between 20 - 45 mins, depending on time of day. Bath - Around 10 Miles. 25 - 45 Mins. Happy to answer anything else!

Close to Bath & Bristol - both 9 mins away by train. 10-15 min walk or 3 min drive to the train station. 15 min walk to Keynsham High Street's shops, bars & restaurants. Our local pub the Lock Keeper is a 5 min walk away. We are alongside the River Avon - from the front door you can walk straight over the fields. The Swan pub in Swineford is roughly a 45 min walk away & The Bird in Hand in Saltford is approx the same, all of which serve good food. There are many quality golf courses close by.

Old Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Desk and fast WiFi. A very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Recent renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a new home but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

The flat is cosy, light and homely. There’s 3 heaters in the annexe for chilly evenings. Tea/coffee/sugar/towels are complimentary. It is around 7miles into Bath/Bristol where there is ample car parking. Bus service to Bath/Bristol are 100yrds of flat. A car is recommended for supplies. Please let us know if your car is large so we can advise parking on our drive. The nearest station is Keynsham which is a 10min drive/30min walk. Tv with Netflix/Amazon prime/sports channels.

The living room has a wonderful floor to ceiling fireplace with wood burner. Perfect for cosy evenings in. The kitchen is modern and fitted with a small table and chairs for breakfast. The upper floor has two bedrooms, and a Jack and Jill bathroom. The bathroom has bath, separate shower wc etc.
