It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. We are walking distance from the shop, coast path and pub, with 3 stunning beaches close by.

Explore the numerous local footpaths, or take a short trip to Minions and discover the stunning Bodmin Moor. The historic market town of Tavistock is just 9 miles away, and Dartmoor is well worth a visit. Additionally, there are a number of National Trust properties are nearby, such as Lanhydrock House and Cothele.

Beautiful bungalow with amazing sea views. Set in lovely gardens, tucked away but in the heart of Torquay. The back garden is south facing and overlooking Torbay. The property is just 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and less than 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. New from end of August, we have just had a hot tub delivered available for guests to use.
