House on Lake Flower close to Downtown. Close to the Ice Palace (Winter), Farmers Market (Summer/Fall), Rail Trail right near by (year round). Guests have access to the downstairs of the house. The upstairs is vacant (closed off). Picture windows offer views of Lake Flower, the mountains and downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, views, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.

Situated directly by the Ausable River and surrounded by beautiful vineyards and gardens you will be immersed in nature at any time if the year. It's sure to restore the soul. This private guest space in the second floor of our garage has it's own entrance, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom in a very convenient location. We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

Lake Placid Area-Bellas Cabin, Dog Friendly!

Dog friendly with lots of woods out back to walk them 2 bedroom cabin, one bathroom, full kitchen, spacious living room with leather furniture. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a TV. Enjoy the fireplace outside along with the screened gazebo. There is a screened in back porch off the kitchen for enjoying food or drinks, facing the woods.
