Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. No sound or sight of traffic here and low light pollution in the village provides front seat tickets to galaxy granduer. Whangamata is only 12kms drive if you would like to eat out. Accommodation is downstairs with your personal entrance. Double bedroom with queen bed, lounge/kitchenette, laundry/bathroom. Comfortable and clean.
