Light Rail to Dowtown/Tempe approx. 6 miles away.

Prickly Pear Villa is a well-decorated, private patio home in a quiet neighborhood with nearby walking paths. Located just south of the Deer Valley airport, it's close to shopping, restaurants and a 15 minute drive from Mayo Medical facilities in N Scottsdale. It's a perfect stopping point between southern Arizona and the northern mountain region including Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience.
