It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

The charming blue holiday home is situated on a quiet road at the north end of Chapel St Leonards. 500 metres to the south is the centre of the village with a traditional seaside resort flavour of cafes, bars, shops and arcades. For a quieter vibe, head north along the beach, via Chapel Point to vast stretches of sandy coastline, coastal country park and wonderful walking, cycling and nature spotting possibilities.

Our bungalow is nestled at the end of a very quiet residential cul de sac in the Winthorpe area of Skegness (about 1 mile in either direction to Skegness North beach or Winthorpe (both dog friendly) Parking space right outside front door. 1 sm/med well behaved dog is very welcome. 3 minute walk to lovely footpaths across the fields.

A 6 birth caravan, comprising of 2 bedrooms and a fold out bed in the living room area, with a separate dinning area and large decking/seating area outside. The accommodation includes a full equipped kitchen, within the living area you will find a 43inch TV, and gas fire. The bedrooms are configured as 1 double room and 1 twin room, with all bedding provided. There is free parking.
