The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

41 Parkview is a ground floor apartment with large spacious living room fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms one with king size bed , one with two single and the third bedroom has one single bed so will sleep five altogether.Two bathrooms one with a shower and one with a bath both with toilets. Parkview has a garden at the back with barbecue area and seating .You are in a prime location just a short five minute walk to beach and all that Skegness has to offer and opposite the tower gardens .

Our bungalow is nestled at the end of a very quiet residential cul de sac in the Winthorpe area of Skegness (about 1 mile in either direction to Skegness North beach or Winthorpe (both dog friendly) Parking space right outside front door. 1 sm/med well behaved dog is very welcome. 3 minute walk to lovely footpaths across the fields.
