Start your mornings sipping coffee or tea outside and then take a walk around the picturesque lake or find your own fishing spot. Kayaks are available to rent nearby. Relax in the hammocks or sit around a campfire. In the colder season, cozy up to the electric fireplace, work on a puzzle, play games, read or watch a movie. We hope you find restoration here.

Whether you are looking for a place to spend some time or just passing through we think you’ll find it quite lovely here. We are just 5 mile off of I70 and centrally located among many places of interest. Go out or stay in. The outdoor living space is pretty spectacular! Private, with a hot tub, fire pit (wood provided), turf to play corn hole. Inside delivers all the comforts of home with full kitchen, laundry, workspace and cozy fireplace.

This first floor one bedroom apartment is in a quiet neighborhood just 4 blocks from Wayne Hospital, 5 blocks from Darke County Fairgrounds and a short 5 minute walk to Downtown Greenville. Relax with family in this calm, stylish space. A one-level ranch in a quiet neighborhood is minutes to the park, shopping and downtown Greenville. We are originally from the area and recently renovated this home for our our own family to use when we visit from out of state a few times a year. We hope others needing a spacious home while in the area for events and family visits can enjoy it too.
