Guests will have access to the whole house, including a fully equipped kitchen and spacious garden area. The lounge features a 50" SMART TV.

The Highland Hut

Located in beautiful countryside, with its own private wood burning hot tub and fire pit, as well as four furry faced friends to keep you entertained, the Highland Hut cannot be beat when it comes to having a relaxing break. Honey bee, Coco, Arnold and Bertie are our gorgeous highland cattle that live in the field opposite the hut. (Don’t worry, there is a fence to keep them from joining you in the hot tub!) They really are incredible and will make your stay here one to remember.

Sugar Brook Retreat nestled in the North Warwickshire Countryside is a tastefully converted open plan barn with high ceilings and unique features, the ideal location to escape the routine of daily life and relax in a remote setting surrounded by miles of public footpaths including the North Arden Heritage trail.  Just 4 miles from junction 10 of the M42 makes this accommodation perfect to relax in the country but close enough to the midlands road networks to travel with ease.

The Old Coach House

The Old Coach House has been rebuilt in 2019 and has been fitted to a high standard for our guests. The accommodation offers everything you could need for a break. Although situated in the main street in Polesworth it is quiet due to the additional insulation in both walls and glazing. The accommodation is situated ideally to explore the Midlands and is not far from Drayton Manor Themepark. Cleaned weekly by professional cleaners - more frequent cleans can be arranged.

Holmleigh Annex is in a small secured courtyard, 20 years ago being restored from ruins, into a beautiful barn, consisting of two double bedrooms, kitchen, large lounge, Large TVs in every room, bathroom, 2 outdoor seats . It is situated up a bridle path, Parking is just as you reach the top of the lane. We are not far from Drayton Manor Theme Park, The Belfry, Ventura Shopping Centre, 25 Mins to Birmingham City Centre, 15 Mins from the NEC.
