Il maso nei boschi a due passi dal paese

Il Maso è circondato dalla natura immerso nel bosco e nella sua tranquillità si trova a soli 800 metri dal paese di Castello Tesino, parte sud orientale del Trentino, Valsugana. Di notevole pregio naturalistico è una meta estiva ed invernale trovandosi sulla strada che porta alle piste del passo Broccon. Il Maso ha mantenuto la sua originalità di casa rurale, caratterizzata da legno e granito; misura 190 mq e si divide su due piani circondato da un giardino. Posto per auto e bici.

Casa immersa nel verde, in Comune di Borzonasca, all'interno del Parco Aveto. Dista circa 20 km da Chiavari e dal mare. Ideale per gli amanti della natura, della privacy e del relax. IMPORTANTE: durante la stagione invernale la casa è riscaldata con caldaia a pellet ubicata nel locale lavanderia che viene gestita da noi. In una delle due stanze si trova un caminetto a pellet e per il suo utilizzo viene richiesto pagamento a parte (consumo del pellet)
