Somit haben wir Platz für 14 Personen.Genießen sie im Sommer tolle Ausflüge und Attraktionen mit der Ötztal Inside Summer Card, diese ist im Preis inbegriffen und ist ab dem 2. Urlaubstag gültig.

Two-family apartment with private garden and private parking-place. On the groundfloor there is a living-room with cooking coin and sofa bed for two people, a bathroom. On the first floor a room with doublebed and bunkbed, another room with two single bed, another bathroom with shower. The flat is equipped with TV, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning. Apartment reserved for families, groups of young people are not accepted. No pets allowed.

This family room is equipped with a living / bedroom with shower / WC / TV and direct access to the terrace. In this living room there is also a kitchenette with its own dining area. The children's room has a comfortable bunk bed (lying area once 200x160 cm and once 200x90 cm), shower / WC / TV and direct access to the terrace. Breakfast on request and if possible, otherwise this accommodation can only be offered without meals for 2-5 persons.

Venetian-style triple room with ensuite bathroom

I offer venetian-styled triple rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. Checkin is from 15-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). Local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included and has to be paid in cash at checkin.

S'Gmiatli means the cozy one, newly renovated in 2015, a cozy little mountain hut, south facing , approx. 25 m² The studio is equipped with a living/sleeping room with kitchen (coffee machine, water kettle, dishwasher, microwave), shower and toilet in an extra room, small balcony, wooden bed and floor, HD - Flatscreen-TV, radio and hairdryer. La chambre des Pini, située à San Pietro di Cadore, offre 25 m² d’espace et peut accueillir jusqu’à 3 personnes. Pendant votre séjour, vous disposez d’une chambre à coucher et d’une salle de bain. La salle de bain, réservée exclusivement aux hôtes de la chambre des Pini, se trouve à l’extérieur de la chambre et est accessible en traversant un couloir commun avec d’autres hôtes.

Za sprostitev po dnevu, polnem novih dogodivščin, je tu še zasebna savna. Pomislili smo na vse, da lahko vi pozabite na skrbi in preprosto uživate. Prisrčno dobrodošli v naši alpski hiši ob potoku.
