Avalon boasts more than 20 cafes+restaurants movie theatre ,designer clothes and homeware shops

Featuring a large bedroom with a queen size bed, study desk and walk-in robe. Lovely french doors in the lounge room open to the patio with views to the garden. A large sofa with chaise is perfect for relaxing. A variety of first-class dining/shopping options are available in Mosman and Manly. Easy walk to Seaforth and Balgowlah Heights villages.

Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

Welcome to our cozy Little Avalon House. You'll be greeted by an inviting and comfortable living area that maximises space. There is a well-equipped kitchen and pantry so you can cook. Or browse our guide for local options if you want to eat out. The two bedrooms are set up for a relaxing night's sleep. Located less than five minutes away from popular wedding venues Jonah’s and Moby Dicks, perfect for wedding guest stays. Note there is steep access to the property with a few stairs.
