Outside is a swimming pool, another build in braai and deck with sun beds. and a full solar panel system is installed. A 9 hole golf course is on estate.

A gas BBQ and a fireplace for the cold winters. on Langstrand Beach, away from the hustle and bustle. It is popular with surfers, kite and windsurfers. A pet fee applies. No children under 16.

In case of a power failure, an inverter and back up batteries are installed and we will do our best to ensure that the lights, TV and Wi-Fi are working. This is a developing town and building activity is taking place in the area. Unfortunately no children or pets.
