Cozy cottage in Siika-Kämä, nice village between Ranua Zoo (40 min) and Rovaniemi City (45 min) in the middle of amazing Lappish countryside in private and safe area. Owners live near to the cottage and are more than happy to help you to have a memorable stay! A beautiful lake (only 20m), where you can enjoy both winter and summer. Activities in accommodation: Ice-fishing, snow-shoeing, snowmobilerides or rent it! You need to have a car to get here, it takes 45 minutes from Rovaniemi city.

Yläkerrassa makuuhuone Very nice view to river Ounas. Parking your car near cottage is possible. There are kitchen, living room, alcove, bathroom and sauna in downstairs of the cabin. Upstairs there is bedroom. Distance to Rovaniemi and Santa's village is about 50 kilometers so I recommend to rent a car. there is no public transportation

Det er gode turmuligheter i nærområdet. Fra eiendommen kan man gå direkte opp på fjellet Storhaugen. Sorbmegáisá er også i nærheten. Kort vei til andre populære fjell. Vedfyrt Sauna og Grillhytte. Sengetøy er inkludert. Ekstrasenger, barnereiseseng, barnestol. Husdyr tillatt. Tilgjengelige truger og sykler.

Charming old house by the sea

The perfect place for a vacation!🌄 The old norwegian house is close to the sea and has easy access to hiking and skiing on the mountains in immediate vicinity. 🌅❄️🌲🌤️🍁 This is the place where the sun never sets! In the winter you can experience a starry sky with northern lights right outside the house. In the summer/spring you can enjoy the sun all day long out on the terrace, and experience a beautiful midnight sun. 30 minutes away by car / ferry you will find several grocery stores.

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Detta boende ligger alldeles intill Torneälven. Det är ca 6 minuter bilresa till Ishotellet och ca 15 minuter in till Kiruna. Hit åker du för att få uppleva tystnaden och kanske få möjligheten att skåda norrskenet. Stugan erbjuder bekvämlighet och avskildhet. Njut av utsikten och naturen. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
