Aurora Lodge Houseboat YK 1-2 people

The Aurora Lodge is a 2200 square foot houseboat located on Vee Lake, a 20 minute drive outside of Yellowknife. The lodge has two rooms, each with a queen size bed and a personal heater. The living area includes the kitchen, bar and lounge area with a wood burning fireplace. There is also a front and back deck perfect for aurora viewing. Message us to inquire about VIP Packages and activities. NOTE: No showers in the winter months. We use city facilities to shower. We have indoor dog.

Overlooking Yellowknife Bay, this lovely and well-cared for home is a peaceful place to relax after all-day meetings, or enjoy a celebratory meal with the whole family in the well-equipped kitchen and dining room. Recently updated (April 2026) and very comfortable, you can enjoy wifi and northern art throughout the house. Stay up late and take in the midnight sun or the northern lights on the back porch or deck.

The Little Green House

Brand new in June 2019, this is a modern, rustic little house on a private, quiet lot surrounded by pine and spruce trees. Beautiful walking trails are close by as are Bean North coffee shop, the Yukon Wildlife Preserve and the Takhini Hot Springs. Great view of the dark sky for northern lights viewing in winter from inside or outside on the large deck, or in the yard at the dedicated fire pit. There is also a large professional recording studio on the property.

Welcome to The SpruceBird! High up in a pine forest, this classy & woodsy suite is sure to delight. The SpruceBird is surrounded by nature, including hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails. We recommend that our guests rent a vehicle for the duration of their stay to make the most of the incredible sights around Whitehorse.
