The villa is perfect for groups, family gatherings and reunions. It offers spacious living areas, 4 en-suite bedrooms, a patio, a large private garden with an infinity swimming pool. The villa is located 650 meters from the best beaches of Nungwi, between the RIU and Royal Zanzibar hotels. There are a total of 6 rooms for guests. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, and the second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Shops are a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel. A cozy restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner is a 1-minute walk away. There is a beautiful pool with a fountain, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a gazebo and parking on site.

This wonderful house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen with an open living and dining area and a wonderful place to sit outside to enjoy the garden and the sunset. The most beautiful beaches are only a short walking distance (10-15min) away. It is a very safe area with international neighbors. All rooms are with AC.
