Had a wonderful stay at the Hira Guest House, Yelos and Mika (the sweet lad in the kitchen) made our stay feel like home away from home. The place is a perfect place to plunge into the past, the rustic decor, clean sheets, friendly staff is just perfect. Yelos art is exceptional and praise worthy. It was fun to see Patan and walk the narrow mysterious aisles with Yelos. He is a perfect tour guide too! Make it your home too dear loggers!

Hari and Manjula's house is very clean and tidy giving u quite a good feeling. Manjula cooks very healthy and delicious food. i like her cooking a lot. they are very friendly and helpful. highly recommend their place to stay. definitely will always stay here whenever i come to kathmandu.

This was a wonderful place and Uttam and his family were great hosts. Uttam is also a very experienced trekking guide so from the small hikes in the Dhulikhel area we did - we hope to come back and do a long trekking together with Uttam in the future. 🌸

Pasang, sein Bruder und die Frauen aus dem schönen Café sind wunderbare Menschen, mit denen man sich gleich gut aufgehoben fühlt. Man kann sich mit allem an sie wenden, und sie sind sofort um eine Lösung bemüht. Die Unterkunft ist in ihrer mit Liebe gestalteten Schlicheit sehr ansprechend und gemütlich. Wesentliche Pluspunkte sind, dass es zum einen eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Filterwasser gibt und gleich um die Ecke einen kleinen Bioladen. Zum Stupa läuft man ungefähr 10 Minuten.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jennifer’s place! The cafe downstairs was a huge highlight and served amazing food and drinks. We had the homemade ginger tea about four times! The breakfast and coffee was delicious too. The Airbnb is in a really peaceful area but still very convenient to get to the main area of town if you need to buy trekking gear etc, which we did. The staff working at the cafe were so lovely and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. And the rooms were clean and cosy with nice comfortable beds. We’d recommend to anyone staying in Kathmandu and would stay again if we come back!

Namaste! This guest house is where Shailendra (owner) and his family makes everything for you to feel like at home! Amazing fresh and home-made breakfast on the terrace with gorgeous mountain view (if you are lucky! :)), local tips, small talks and attention to the details. Definitely recommended place to stay!

The room was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. It is also very close to everything you need in Lalitpur. Jung and his family were very very nice hosts, Jung invited us to his Barista training, we had some nice chats, he did laundry for us and he even let us use the Kitchen of his nearby restaurant for a short time (it was Easter and we wanted to paint some eggs, he definitely saved us there)! Overall a very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend!

The staff at Soham’s place were always ready to help with anything.
