The view was absolutely amazing from the deck and the housekeeper so helpful and friendly. The house itself is so unique and rustic - perfect for a nature getaway.

My wife and I needed a quick gate away for the long weekend and this was a great pick. The host was able to provide clear instructions to the location and alternatives which was super helpful. The house was so gorgeous, in a serene area and extremely clean. The support staff were also so kind. Our stay was short but such an amazing time and place to relax. We can’t wait to go back! 😀

David and Wakonyo are great hosts. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. We received a warm welcome and our family loved it. The facility is beautiful, spacious, gives a good Kenyan feeling. The walk in the vast compound was amazing. Wakonyo took time to explain the beautiful history behind the facility. Wonderful location close to the mountain, the home is really inviting and is in a great compound with lots of greenery and birds, the back yard is amazing. The home was also kept in a very pristine condition. The staff was very warm and accommodating which made our stay even more memorable.

This place exceeded our expectations—it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures! The lake view is absolutely breathtaking, with hippos right in front of the house and plenty of wildlife in the surroundings. The staff was outstanding, and the chef prepared delicious meals for us every day. We highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Wongani's beautiful stone cottage in the midst of a wilderness reserve. The home is off the beaten path, and we were stunned by the beauty and closeness of nature - driving by zebras, giraffes, warthogs, and other creatures on the way up the mountain, plus the stunning views from the home overlooking Lake Naivasha. It was better than we could have expected. The home is perfect for a family, or for a group, with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, a large kitchen and food prep area, and comfortable places to hang out in the home and outside on the patio or yard. It is so thoughtfully designed and decorated too - it felt homey and welcoming. It was truly a special experience spending a weekend there, and we hope to come back soon!

I had one night stay at the place, i was apprehensive when i reached the place due to proximity to village but the place was very well maintained. It was well furnished with great aesthetics. It had all the required facilities one can imagine. Excellent value for money.

The house is spacious, private and was very clean for our stay. Everything was as explained on the app and it's a beautiful home with a spacious compound, well maintained. we enjoyred our stay.

Marc’s place was perfect for our multi-day stay and group of 6 (plus 1 toddler). The house is situated in a beautiful, private compound north of the lake but within an hour drive of most activities. It was a great launching off point for daily adventures, yet was remote, peaceful and restorative at the end of the day. The house was spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. Caroline and Benter also helped to make our stay special— and left us feeling grateful and full after the delicious meals. Thank you, Marc and team! We can’t wait for our next visit!

This villa and the nearby cottages are on a beautiful piece of land. This is the second time we have stayed with Samawati, and we will be back again. The house is unique, with lots of space. Susan, the manager, is incredibly friendly. She made breakfast and dinner for us each night and was very accommodating to our requests. She had perfect hospitality. Thank you!

My family and I really enjoyed the place. There was so much peace and quiet and we would definitely go back. The host was so welcoming, a home away from home!
