It also include the main amenities. It is very close to shopping centers and food markets (including Walmart, Sam's club, etc).

SANITIZED AND DISINFECTED!! All the comforts of home are here in our 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath house. Our cleaning includes sanitizing and disinfecting of everything because everything is wiped down with Lysol. "PLEASE NO SMOKING OF CIGARETTES OR WEED INSIDE MY HOUSE." There's a nice sized kitchen equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, pot/pans, cups, plates and so forth. There is a washer and dryer. We do have HI Speed Internet for our large screen Smart TV.

Small yet comfy - a great modern 2 bedroom unit - full kitchen, walk in shower, TV. This is a separate unit in a house. Yard is shared with guests in other unit. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to everything - shopping, 5 minutes from airport, 7-15 minutes from strip. A great get away spot. Incredible shared back yard with putting green, lounging, outdoor kitchen, hot tub, and gazebo.
