Separate/to the side of the main house in a fabulous central location of Great Bowden. We provide complimentary tea and coffee , with Nespresso Machine , Toaster and Kettle along with a small fridge and a smart Samsung TV and microwave. And when its hot!! we have a Dyson cooling fan. We allow 1 small dog there is a fee of £10 for the duration

The Machinery Shed is a self contained one bedroom cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth. Open plan living, with everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, plates and glasses. Large flat screen smart TV, microwave, extendable dinning table and a luxurious sofa and armchair. We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill.
