Darien's home looks so pretty. It was renovated from an old Victorian-style house which built in 1910. However, the kitchen and bathroom are modernly equipped, which is very suitable for a small group. The only drawback is that there is only one bathroom. And due to the structural design of the house itself, guests who are allergic to dust need to bring some anti-allergic medicines. Anyway, we’re all enjoyed these 2 days stay. Strongly recommended.

Thank you so much. Such a warm sunny home with a gas fire for the chilly nights and mornings. Big spacious rooms and living areas. Easily accessible to all the local attractions. Would definitely recommend

What a beautiful home and right on theme, with Steampunk Oamaru. We loved the decor and the cool pottery. The beds were so comfortable. We felt at home, warm and cozy. The location was great, just a 12-15 min walk to the old town centre. We couldn’t fault it, thank you Andrew and Mary for being wonderful hosts.

We loved our brief stay at Ra’s place. Perfect for what we were wanting and super handy location to town.

We had a lovely stay in a well appointed house, with views towards the Moeraki boulders and Moeraki Village. We hope to stay again sometime.

WE stayed one night at the Villa. This is a full house with full kitchen and three bedrooms - we only stayed in one bedroom. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet and nice and dark and we slept very well. The water was very hot and plentiful. Breakfast basics were provided and much appreciated. The house is convenient to downtown Oamaru. We highly recommend the Villa and will stay there again when in Oamaru.

Loved everything about staying here. Had never heard of Kakanui before & it’s such a cool wee spot. We really hope to come back again. The house was gorgeous.

I recommend this beautifully presented property to anyone who enjoys an immaculately clean, warm and comfortable home with gorgeous view. Initially I found the steep and narrow road access a bit tricky for parking, but much easier on my second attempt

Cyrus home is very homie and comfy. highlight is Cyrus have the best coffee machine in all the homes that we stay in NZ :)
