Golf and Beach Country Cottage

The Cottage is far from the summer crowded areas in a very quiet neighborhood. But very close to the 3 Golf courses, including Praia Del Rey Golf Course (7,5Km), Bom Sucesso Golf Course (7Km) and the Royal Óbidos & Spa Golf Resort (2Km). Ideal to relax around the pool at the end of the afternoon, after a golf journey or any other nature activity! This 4-bed Cottage is spacious and fantastic for family holidays or for couples who wants to play golf. It is fully equipped and furnished , with garage for 2 cars and private parking for 1 more car, private swimming pool, BBQ and garden with almost 1000 m2. The Cottage has 4 bedrooms - 2 DBL with private bathroom and 2 DBL . There is 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and a small WC on ground floor, a large fully equipped kitchen with view to the pool, a dining area, and a living area. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are fully equiped (you don't need to bring towels or linens), the kitchen is fully equiped, as well, with Coffee Maker, Stove, Oven, Refrigerator, Washing machine, Laundry washer, Microwave, Toaster and Cooking Utensils.The leaving room is equiped with a Fireplace, DVD player, Hi-fi Stereo, TV and DVD player. Also a Iron & Board. And, of course, free Wifi....... Located 1,5Km from the Bom Sucesso beach in the magnificent Obidos Lagoon where you can also find some restaurants and a small supermarket. The Oceanic beach (Rio Cortiço) is situated at 2,4Km with a very good fish and seafood restaurant. The cottage is surrounded by a protected natural reserve where you can enjoy the natural beauty by walking or biking. On the lagoon itself you can experience windsurfing, kite-surfing, sailing and canoeing. You can also swim in calm waters, walking and biking around it. The beautifull village of Óbidos is situated at 15km, where you have plenty of restaurants, shops and some summer festivals. And, please, trie the "Ginginha de Óbidos" with chocolat ;)

A casa, construída a partir de um moinho de vento, tem 3 quartos de casal, dois berços, um open space com 6 camas individuais e, em caso de necessidade, duas camas extra. Duas casas de banho, uma com banheira e uma com duche. Na sala, mesa de refeições para 14 pessoas. Tem bilhar, matraquilhos e jogos de mesa. A casa situa-se na rua principal da Aldeia da Amoreira. Com 3 quartos, duas casas de banho, uma sala com mezanine e cozinha equipada. A espaçosa sala de estar propícia o convívio e as conversas junto à lareira. Se vem de férias e não dispensa um boa leitura, a mesanine tem alguns exemplares de livros para crianças e adultos à sua disposição.
