Loved staying here! Wish we could have stayed longer, definitely will miss being here.

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

We had a great stay at Josh’s home! The location was amazing, only a block from the beach! We also appreciated the supplied beach chairs and cart to carry our items across the street more easily. The fenced in portion of the yard was also ideal since we brought our two dogs.

A great, quirky, perfect located property with everything you need! Really enjoyed our stay, will be coming back!

It was a beautiful well kept quiet place very peaceful no motors allowed on the lake made it even more peaceful. The home was very well equipped with everything you would need. The bed was comfortable. Things were updated throughout the house to keep up with the needs of guest

I had been in contact with Christine just prior to our visit and always received quick responses. Bill helped me with an electrical panel issue quickly which I may have caused, lol. The breeze was pleasant and the deck offers adequate space to separate from the group for a call or text. My granddaughter and I canoed and that was lots of fun .

This place was wonderful. It is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators, so we did have to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. Besides that, it is a straight 15 minute drive to historic St. Augustine. Beach access is also located on the property. The televisions are great and the property has fast internet. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy some time at the beach. Having an active 16 month old, I especially appreciated the small kids nook which was fully stocked with books and toys to keep our toddler entertained, and also the included travel crib so we had one less thing to travel with. The wraparound porch was delightful. I'd highly recommend checking out all the closets when you first arrive, since there is sooo much that might be helpful for guests, from extra pillows and blankets, to beach gear, to a box fan (great for white noise), and even a beach wagon to tote your stuff around. I didn't poke around initially, and missed out on some great beach gear that would have been nice to use. I also appreciated the tiny communal fridge for people to pass along condiments, unopened drinks, etc, and left some La Croix for the next guest! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Ideal location for the Mantanza Inlet and beaches area. Floor plan worked well for our family. Loved the decor. Kitchen was well appointed; we cooked several meals. We brought 4 of my granddaughters and their friend and the girls just loved the upstairs bunk room that sleeps 5 with plenty of room. The pool lighting at night was very attractive. My grandson caught a nice size Drum, fishing off the pier which is in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Trisha was professional, personable and committed to assuring our stay was perfect. She spent hours personally addressing an internet issue for us. We had the opportunity to meet her and found her delightful. Highly recommend this unit and any of her properties!

You can’t beat the view from the condo! You can watch the sunrise right from the living room. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pool directly outside of the condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs provided. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

We had a very relaxing stay, the property was even closer to the ocean than it appears in the pictures! The property was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony facing the ocean. Lauren was very communicative during our stay. We would recommend this property!

St. Augustine & this condo were beautiful. The pool was the perfect temperature every time. It was nice to be in a quieter area but close drive to great restaurants & activities. Really comfortable & clean. Nice linens & everything we needed (pool towels kitchen supplies etc). Check in was easy & Terrence was very responsive.

House was just as beautiful as in the pictures. Plenty of space for all of us in our group. Outdoor shower was great to use after a day at the beach, before we got in the pool. Short walk to the beach from the house. Very quiet neighborhood. The extra fridge in the garage was a welcomed bonus. We had a great time and would definingly recommend to everyone. We also had no problem getting Ubers to downtown on Friday and Saturday evenings.

We’ve explored a lot of Florida, searching for an ideal area as well as rental for our young family. It took us 5 years to land on St Augustine and fortunately we stayed at Jodi’s place. It is a literal 4 minute walk to the beach, the specific beach area is super quiet with polite guests, and Jodi’s townhouse community is populated with many residents and regulars that keep the area quiet and tidy. Jodi’s place is well equipped for chilling indoors or time at the beach. Jodi’s place is also a short drive to the downtown of St Augustine where all of the best dining and experiences are located. If you want a peaceful place to rent, with convenient access to either boisterous nightlife or serene beach, then Jodi’s place is where you should go. After 5 years, we have finally found a place we will actually return to.

Our family had a fantastic time at Kara’s place! The house was exactly as described. Very clean & plenty of space for our family of four, plus three more family members that stayed with us for a few days. Close to the beach & a pretty quick drive downtown. We absolutely love St. Augustine & would stay here again. Kara was super responsive & even let us check in early.

We loved saying at Michelle’s house. It was so nice to have a fenced in yard for our dogs, a pool, a boat dock, and close to the gulf! The house was nice and clean too!

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

Our family absolutely enjoyed our 2nd stay at Jan’s condo! When searching through the endless options on waterfront rentals in Florida my heart kept coming back to our first stay here so we booked our 2nd stay for twice as long. We could spend weeks here and look forward to booking again. The water views to see dolphins, birds and manatees are unbelievable. We also love the short walk across the street to the gorgeous uncrowded beach! Our young children love coming here and only wish to stay longer.

This place was even more beautiful than we expected. The home was well-appointed and very comfortable for our family of eight. The nearby beach was stunning and great for swimming. Technically, you can walk there, but it's a bit of a hike that requires a long u-turn on the road. With small children, we drove the short distance instead, but there was always plenty of parking in the free public lot. Great restaurants nearby, beautiful and quiet community, and an amazing house. We loved our stay!

David’s place was amazing and cozy! The place was very spacious, clean, very well equipped, easy to access, pool was clean and refreshing, parking was very accessible and walking distance to the beach! He responded very quickly to our questions. Check-out was easy and not work at all! The place was perfect for the price and safe (because was a gated property). Look forward to stay again.

The home was just as advertised. Host was very responsive to our questions. Great location - with direct water access to the Gulf. Very peaceful neighborhood. Excellent value for price paid. We were very impressed with repairs made after the 2024 hurricanes. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience.

Our stay was just what we needed. Some time in the sun on an amazing beach. The house was beautiful with a porch facing the ocean and private boardwalk right to the beach. Coffee on the deck was so relaxing every morning. The kitchen window overlooking the ocean made us want to stay at the house and cook our meals there. It was peaceful, private and quiet. The only sounds we heard were the waves and the birds. Our bedroom was comfy with a king size bed. So much to do in the St Augustine area too. We will be back!!!
