Alex was great with communicating prior to and after arrival. Driving directions and entry into the home were spot on. The home is beautifully decorated and felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in. It is very well maintained and presented very clean. Everything from the lighting, fans, A/C, Beds, pillows, cleanliness of showers were all amazing! This home is full of charm! Eclectic furnishings make this home so cool. There is an awesome little coffee and bakery shop right next-door that we visited both mornings we were there. Downtown High Springs is walking distance, one block away and is super charming if you’re into small town USA. I can’t say enough good about our stay with Alex in this comfortable home. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area next year! We found so much value at this Airbnb! Thank you for having us, Alex! We wish you continued success and prosperity!!

Very peaceful neighborhood. Room to cook, relax, enjoy the backyard and more. We had six guests stay and had plenty of room without feeling cramped! Would book again.

I can’t recommend this place enough! We stayed at the house and it is beautiful. The pool and being able to have horses on the property were incredible amenities. You will not regret staying here!

Came down for a quick weekend getaway with my wife and we had a blast. Kayaking down the river was awesome and we were close to a few excellent restaurants.

This was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, and for so many reasons. From start to finish, communication was flawless. The home itself is a perfect balance of professional designer style and comfortable, practical living. It’s beautifully decorated, and the landscaping is just as stunning. What really sets this place apart, though, is how thoughtfully the hosts have considered every guest’s needs. We arrived to a personalized welcome basket with a heartfelt thank-you card, special graduation gifts for our kids, a bottle of wine, snacks, and cold water. It was a lovely, welcoming touch that made our stay even more memorable. We couldn’t have had a better experience. I truly believe this host sets the bar for what an exceptional Airbnb experience should be. If you're looking for the ultimate stay, look no further!

Beautiful location with easy access to the local springs and University of Florida

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

The place was clean and very nice comfy bed. Great place for 2 people. Leslie and Steve were very nice and provided everything we needed. All in all a great stay!

Nuestra estadía fue lo mejor. Todo es tal como lo dice la descripción y todo es súper limpio, privado y tranquilo. Es una comunidad segura para niños también. Me volvería a quedar en el mismo lugar. Nos encantó y todo fue muy fácil de encontrar y lo mejor es que está cerca de los parques de Disney y tiene supermercados cerca del área. Andrea fue muy atento en todo momento.

Steve is exceptional host. Very accommodating. Always welcoming. And I love the facilities for my horse as well.

Jodi was always very responsive. We ended up having to do a late check in, and Jodi was very responsive. I was grateful that he allowed us to bring our dog to his home. The backyard is simply amazing. If you can, let him know in advanced the time of your check in and tell him about your A/C temperature preference, as the control is in his home. Even when we checked in late, he was attentive and accommodating in regards to this too.

Wonderful place to stay! The unit is comfortable, bright and clean. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen/bathroom are updated. Probably our favorite place to stay in St. Augustine, and we’ve stayed in several! One of the key pad locks had to be reprogrammed to let us in but that was done very quickly! Will probably book again!

John and Kelley’s place was easy to find and in a great location with plenty of walkable restaurants. We were in town for the MS walk which was at the Lighthouse down the street. It is also a nice walk to Historic downtown St Augustine and it was nice not have to search for parking. They were very flexible and were able to accommodate an early check in. Their place is very quiet, quaint, and a very comfortable bed. We won’t hesitate to book another stay! Hopefully to catch a concert at the Amphitheater which is also a short distance. This place is just pure magic ! Our stay was short but I will 100 percent returning to explore more and enjoy the comforts of this little cabin and farm has to offer

We really enjoyed our stay- the kids and teens loved the canoes and kayaks as well as the ping pong table. The dock was a great place to relax! The buildings have some wear as described by the host but we were impressed with the cleanliness and we didn’t see even one bug inside, which was greatly appreciated. We would stay again!

Everything was great. Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Be prepared to have little to no reception when in the area. The wifi in the house worked fine, though.

This was a work stay for four of us for a week. The cabin and surroundings were exactly what we were hoping for. It provided such a nice, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the family style decor, which just made us feel so welcome. If you love a good bathtub soak they have a wonderful, big cast iron, claw foot tub. Thanks Bina!

This place provided us with exactly what we were looking for. it was very quiet and secluded and felt like home. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed and we're very responsive and communicative before and throughout our stay. we absolutely loved this little getaway and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a little peace and quiet away from the rest of the world!

This is the perfect little cabin for you and your spouse to have the a fun and romantic get away! Extra plus if you have a boat there is very easy water access

We absolutely loved our stay and our dogs had so much fun! The amenities were endless and a lot of thought was put into making sure the guest was comfortable. We especially loved feeding the birds and squirrels, hanging out on the porch, paddling on the lake, sitting and watching the view. The stay is close to silver springs and juniper springs which we both really enjoyed. We definitely hope to back! Thank you for a great stay :)

We came here for one night right after a Disney park and felt right at home! Such a nice tiny home! It was a quick and easy check in for us!
