A sense of calm in a rural settingWelcome to our 100 yr old farmhouse in Sefton, North Canterbury. We are set in an idyllic 2 acre plot with garden paths to explore, areas to sit and enjoy and a large potager vegetable garden all surrounded by farmland. We have 1 large friendly dog, 5 heritage breed hens, 4 barn cats and 1 turtle. We are approximately 30 mins from Christchurch airport, 8 mins from Rangiora and just over 1 hours drive to Hanmer Springs.
Peaceful and Quiet (2)My house is 45 minutes walk from the centre of town. If you require pick up or drop off I would be happy to help if possible. If you are driving there is free off street parking. Drive up the shared driveway and my house is the last on the left. De Bretts and AC Baths are close enough to walk. There is a block of shops 5 minutes walk away with bakery, takeaways, small supermarket and liquor store. Bikes are available and local buses go to the Town Centre.
