The Jocassee Tiny House is nestled on 14 acres of land near beautiful Lake Jocassee. On the property, you will find a little creek and an orchard of very young fruit trees (apples, pears, and peaches). Additionally, you might find blueberries, blackberries, and muscadines. Enjoy your coffee on the porch with the first sunbeams of the day. There’s a fire pit for bbq and s’mores. On a clear night, you can't beat the view of the stars in the night sky. You may even catch a glimpse of wildlife.

Enjoy the serenity of a beautifully modern 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation cabin in a quiet gated cul-de-sac with scenic surroundings. On early mornings you can spot wildlife including deer and wild turkeys. Excellent location on the lake a few hundred feet away from a boat ramp.
