Welcome to The Grey Pearl, a wonderful historic Ocracoke cottage that is conveniently located in the heart of the village. Pearl offers a spacious open floor concept featuring connected Kitchen, Dining and living spaces- and a lovely screeded porch. It is located within walking distance to Silver Lake, Coffee/Juice spots, Restaurants and shops ! We are pet friendly with a 90% fenced in yard space. Some pet amenities provided. We would be honored to host for your family !

Surf Bus

The surf bus is a beautiful boho style cottage, with a full bed, sitting area and kitchen. The bath house is separate. To those of you that have been here before, the new location is just as magical but definitely different than the previous spot. The outdoor shower allows you enjoy sunshine, moonlight and starlight. It is also very spacious. The yard is sunny and open with a picnic table and grill. Perfect for the more adventurous:) Must be mobile and agile to enjoy :)

Pop’s Net House

Pop’s Net House was built by my grandfather, Maurice Ballance, in the early 1970’s out of wood repurposed from the old Ocracoke school house that was built in 1917. This property is centrally located in the middle of the village down Marks Path, which was named after Maurice’s grandfather, Mark Gaskins. It’s walking distance to Zillie’s Island Pantry, Ocracoke Coffee Company, and many other restaurants and shops. Come enjoy the privacy of Pop’s Net House on Ocracoke island!

Artsy Original Island Home next to Nature Preserve

Built in the 50's, located in a quiet neighborhood next to Springer's Nature Preserve, we kept the homey cozy granny decor. There is a generous screened porch for entertaining and dining. The large yard is surrounded by woods and provides direct access to the Springer's Point trail. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!

CV2A- Bright 1st floor condo unit w/shared pool!

A 1st floor 1 bedroom/1 bath condo- spacious living area (cathedral ceiling), kitchen, bedroom w/King bed, TV, whirlpool tub/shower, vanity sink & washer/dryer closet. Separate lavatory with toilet & pedestal sink. Shared outdoor pool, pool house w/sauna & shower (all open April 1st to mid October only). Screened fish-cleaning station on Silver Lake! This is a lock-out unit to Juniper 2B that can be rented separately. Internet installed but there are frequent outages.

A Couples Hideout on Ocracoke

Our garage suite is two rooms with a beach & surfing theme. We have a detached garage and the suite is in back, separate from the house with its own entrance. There's a queen bed, tiki bar, and kitchenette. You'll be secluded with lots of cedars & bamboo around a private deck. Our place is in the heart of Ocracoke with restaurants & shops within walking or biking distance. The Ocracoke Lighthouse & Springers Point Nature Preserve are a 5-8 minute walk.

Stay at Camelot

Open and airy feel to this home. Spacious rooms, sparking Gourmet Kitchen perfect for one or many cooks. Four Porches and Sundecks. One screened in porch. The views of the sky at night are remarkable. Fenced in rear yard with outdoor shower and outside sink prep area. The upper level has the great room with soaring ceilings, large living space with cozy furniture, half bathroom, card/game table, bonus room could be used as fourth bedroom with sofa-bed.

Cabana #2, 84 Sunset Dr, Ocracoke NC

No skyscrapers here, but we have sun-kissed beaches with dolphins & star bright skies! After spending the day at the beach, surround yourself with the beauty and splendor of this enchanting Cabana on Ocracoke Island. The shared swimming pool is 14' x 28' (available from mid April -mid October from dawn to dusk for registered renters of the Cabanas) creating a haven for rejuvenation and tranquility. Intimate and inviting. Shared EV Charger.

Our cottage named 'Zillies' is designed for two people to show up and have everything they need for an amazing carefree visit... bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, coolers a Weber grill, linens and towels are all included with your rental. Monogrammed sheets and plush towels are just part of the special 'extras' you will enjoy. Its the perfect romantic, relaxing, get away for any couple. Honeymooners love Zillies!

If you are looking for an unforgettable adventure living on the water, then you have found it. Fair Lady is anchored in Ocracoke's Silver Lake harbor. You'll have your own bikes to get around, your own dinghy to come and go from your floating abode, and me anchored right nearby to teach you the skills of life on a sailboat.
