Had a great stay in Sun River. The place had everything we needed to cook dinners and do laundry. The deck would be really nice in the summer and faces the pathway. Cute decor and ample places to put our things. Would stay again!

Matthew was a great host. He was able to speak to 24/7. Awesome dude. Everything Matthew listed was accurate and spot on. House was clean and ready to roll. Slightly smaller than I thought. Master Bedroom bathroom was small. But honestly, we have no complaints. It was a great experience, and between the Host being so helpful and the surrounding neighborhood, we would rent this place again. Great times. 2 adult. 3 Teens. 2 Little Dogs. We all loved it. BBQ and Hot Tub in backyard deck.... A + ...... Give this place a try!

We had such a great getaway at the cabin! The whole house was well stocked and very clean. The extra toys and games was so nice for the kids. Bike rides during the day and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. The fireplace was so nice in the evenings to get cozy and warm. Shane is an amazing host! He checked in on us to make sure all was going well with our stay. We have stayed at many homes in Sunriver in the past, Shane’s cabin has exceeded them all! Can’t wait to come back soon 😊

We booked a last-minute vacation to Sunriver to enjoy the snow over the long weekend. Bennington Properties was quick to respond and happily accommodated our plans. The cabin was exactly as pictured - very spacious for the two of us, well-appointed, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the hot tub being on and ready to go for our arrival. Our only issue was when we arrived, the driveway and path had been cleared to what is considered the back door, not the front door with the key code. We eventually figured out how to get inside and Bennington Properties sent someone first thing in the morning to clear a path to the correct door. We would definitely rent from this group again!

This home was lovely to stay at with our kids, the perfect size and great location - easy access to the SHARC. It was a well maintained home, comfortable beds and clean.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the cabin! Super cute and clean cabin with all the amenities and the host Ashlie was very helpful and friendly! We loved everything about the cabin!! The location of the cabin was beautiful in the trees and peaceful! We walked/biked around the area and it was really nice! 20 min Bend and 20 min Mt Bachelor! We definitely would come back and stay at the cabin again!!

Thomas was great to work with. The house was great with plenty of room for us. Outdoor was nice, seeing deer and a friendly Blue Jay. Grill was clean and made for great BBQ. House area was peaceful. Water toys and bikes were a great additional to the rental.

The A-frame cabin was a delight to stay at. We were looking for something that was rural, but still had conveniences and this place checked all the boxes. Bend is super close, and La Pine has everything you need.

We are no stranger to Sun River, but this has been our favorite cabin and stay. An easy 5 min walk across the street to SHARC was fantastic and the daily highlight of our trip. The cabin was perfect, well decorated, and had me searching online real estate sites for something similar. We found none as charming, so we will have to stay in this beautiful home again.

Absolutely fantastic stay!!! I kept saying how this is my dream cabin. I was sad to leave! Cozy yet spacious and clean. Loved all of the decor. Bed is firm but honestly so comfortable. Pretty close to the grove or Old Mill, so it’s a perfect location to pop into town for some food. Only minutes from Tumalo Falls trailhead. My husband fished the creek and caught a few trout! Can’t wait to visit again. It was so peaceful!

Megan’s house was amazing. it was exactly what the pictures looked like. We loved the two levels. it was perfect for my husband and I and our two boys. The stove was a little complicated to use at first but once u figure it out it works very well . Will definitely be staying here again

My SO and I came for our anniversary with our two dogs and not only did we have an amazing stay, the dogs loved the yard and the space to run! We had such a good stay, the cabin was such a fun weekend get away, and Matt was super helpful from booking to check out. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to friends!

There are many places to choose from in Sunriver and I’m so happy we chose this one! It was warm, cozy, and the perfect quiet location close to everything you need! The hot tub is perfect right off the master. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

We had a lovely visit. The surrounding area is beautiful and the nearby hills were green with sporadic flowering trees. So quiet. The house was a wonderful size with all the amenities and more. Games and puzzle and records to play and even a guitar. We enjoyed a fire in the evening and making meals. Bathroom is spacious and warm. Every wall had windows and something new to look at. It was a charming getaway.

We had a great time for our family vacation at Diane’s property! The view is unbelievable, we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this beautifully renovated A-frame in the woods! The attention to detail and care put into the space really showed, and we appreciated the little touches—like the history of the cabin being shared. It made the stay feel even more special. The furniture was super cozy, the beds were very comfortable, and even our senior pup with arthritis loved the dog bed provided. Being surrounded by nature made it the perfect peaceful escape. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! The location right on the river made it so special - we spent hours relaxing in the den, watching the water and all the wildlife pass by. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed for our three-night stay. Check-in was seamless, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to simply enjoy the house itself. We hope to come back someday!

Comfy beds, very clean, loved the linens, backs up to forest, neighbors are far enough away but it’s still pretty close to Sunriver. He’s replaced the hot tub with a very cute sauna. The queen bed is upstairs in a loft area.

John Mark’s place was the perfect mountain getaway we were hoping for. Pride in ownership was apparent and made us appreciate all the more the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home.

Clayton's beautiful cabin was even nicer than the photos. It was cozy and comfortable and very well built. Furnishings were great, and, since we cook our own meals, I was pleased that the kitchen was so nice. The grandkids loved all the snow and it was a short drive to Willamette Pass for snowboarding!! I highly recommend staying at this amazing cabin!!

An amazing house!! We loved staying here. So clean and a very well-equipped kitchen. Such great linens and fluffy towels! Owner was very responsive when needed. Everything worked perfectly. Great location for skiing at Willamette Pass. Couldn’t be better!
