It’s a great place. I loved the loft style and the layout was great. It was actually a lot of space. I’d definitely stay again. And the neighborhood was great. I don’t like staying on broadway. You definitely spend some money in Ubers and parking but I’d much rather stay at a place like this than a hotel on broadway. It was an awesome place.

We loved our stay at Ben’s Urban Loft! The pictures do not do it justice! It is absolutely gorgeous! It was the perfect space for 9 adults to stay and enjoy our time together, as well as being very close to many distilleries on the Bourbon Trail! Ben was a wonderful host! Everything you could need was readily available! We also enjoyed Bill the chef who cooked dinner for us the first night after a long drive! He prepared such a delicious meal and was so reasonable in his pricing! We can’t wait to go back!

The Nest was a great place to stay. It was an easy spot to get around the Louisville area while we were there. The place was very comfortable and had everything you would need for the stay. Check in was seamless and would highly recommend

We stayed with Jean for a weekend visit with our son at VT. It was nearby and convenient (10-15 minutes, depending on where on campus you are headed), yet remote and peaceful. It was a cozy, well-appointed small space as advertised. The ice machine was nice as the fridge has no freezer compartment. If you plan to use the twin sleeper or stay more than a couple of days, space will be tight. Parking, when the cottage was in use, was also tight. More instructions or a definition on exactly where to park so two vehicles fit better would be helpful. All in all, it was a great location and value for what we needed. We will look to stay with Jean again.

We were very happy with how nice the place was everything was clean and very well kept. The shower was a treat and the bed was very cozy. The photos did not show the wonderful views we had from the fourth floor apartment, and the only detractor was the stair climb I'm sure I wouldn't have minded if my wife's knee wasn't bad (she had me carrying the luggage.) The area around the building was bustling with beautiful young people enjoying the city, and it felt safe to walk around. The food within walking distance was amazing and getting around town was easy when we went to a baseball game. We enjoyed Cincinnati far more because our host provided an environment we would never have experienced at a hotel. She is not charging enough for this gem I promise you won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Very nice place and centrally located. Tge previous guest signed onto our living room TV, Austin respond quickly and fixed it. The beds were comfortable, also. The shower head in our bathroom, they may want to replace, but if no one bring it to their attention, they won't know. We will stay there again most definitely!!!

Ethan’s place is definitely a great place for a quick local getaway! It has everything you need and is in the perfect location.

A True Home Away from Home! I had the pleasure of staying at Armory Lofts during the work week for a couple of months. I cannot say enough good things about both the space and the host, Jamie! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The loft is beautifully designed, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for both a short visit and an extended stay. Jamie is an exceptional host—attentive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her guests have a seamless experience. Her hospitality made all the difference, and I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a welcoming and cozy stay. Thank you, Jamie, for making my time here so comfortable!

This place was exactly what I was wanting to experience. The street and shops activity, the city life and the ease of parking in front was bonus. A few main reasons for the stay: 1- I was able to walk into my old neighborhood of the Oregon District several times. The weather was great which helps. 2- the Dayton Arcade and dining plans, which were on point. So satisfying. Back to the apartment...... The decorations and atmosphere of old and new blended tastefully. I loved Jon's art work and selections in the bookcase. The water was good and HOT for my jacuzzi relaxation soak. The place was spotless! The bedroom was nice and quiet. The communications I had with Jon were easy and He was eager to answer any questions I had. We felt safe and secure. I 100% recommend The Loft on 5th! Thank you Jon!!

The apartment is beautiful! Such a great place to use as a homebase when visiting friends in the area. Loved being able to walk to the shops. Sticky was great at communicating instructions prior to our arrival. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay!

I have stayed in both Brad’s lofts multiple times. I can’t say enough good about the peace I have when I stay here. Brad always handles any questions or needs if I have any. I have already booked my next stay. This is the only place I will stay when I am in town unless it just isn’t available. Then, I am very sad because the lofts feel like home now.

We loved our stay! The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. I love that it is right downtown so it’s walkable to the restaurants and shops. It’s also walkable to the college campus which was nice for us as we were visiting my son. I wish I’d found this place sooner for our visits to the college! My son graduates in a few weeks but I’d highly recommend Tiffany’s apartment! There was plenty of room, comfortable beds and everything we needed.

Amazing property, beautiful town

We LOVED our stay here! It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Tucked away in the tiny town of Baltic, but walkable to a some really great local spots. The place itself was beautiful and full of charm, and bigger than I expected! Would definitely stay here again, I highly recommend it!
