Gemütliche Wohnung in Rheinnähe

In der geschmackvoll eingerichteten 55 qm großen Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, um sich in Köln wohlzufühlen. Die ruhig gelegene Wohnung ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden, in nur 15 Minuten zur Messe in Deutz, in die Innenstadt oder zum Flughafen. Die Straßenbahn-Linie 7 ist fußläufig erreichbar und in 20 Minuten bist du am Kölner Dom. Der Rhein, die fast 1000 Jahre alte Nikolauskapelle und ein weitläufiges Naherholungsgebiet für Spaziergänge oder Sport sind nur 300 Meter entfernt.

Ein gemütliches Boxspringbett, elektrische Verdunklungjalousien und eine Klimaanlage (regulierbar) sorgen für ruhigen Schlaf. Das separate Bad geht vom Flur ab und bietet auch Privatsphäre. Mindestens 50 Restaurants in fussläufiger Nähe, super angebunden in die Stadt oder zur Messe (24 Minuten mit Bus).

Apartment "Paris"

Wir freuen uns darauf euch in unserem neuen Apartment begrüßen zu dürfen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist ein Neubau und wurde erst im Juni 2020 fertiggestellt. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang von draußen und liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohn-Gewerbe-Mischgebiet. Wir wohnen selber gegenüber und fühlen uns hier wohl. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet - Kaffee, Tee usw. stehen bereit. Selbstverständlich wird frisch gewaschene Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt!

Die Küche ist komplett: Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster. Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Küchenhandtücher, Spülmittel stellen wir zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer ist bestückt mit Seife, Duschbad, Shampoo, Toilettenpapier, Wattepads, Ohrreiniger, Handtüchern und Fön.
