First off, the hosts were responsive, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. The house was impressively clean and we felt right at home. We've stayed at Veranda Beach 5 times now and this house beats all of the others we stayed at. It's in a great location and you can even see the lake from one side of the veranda. They have a closet stocked with all the beach toys you could ever want. The kitchen had more than enough plates, glasses, ect and they had a good amount of spices and utensils. We loved that there were some cleaning supplies and a ton of towels available to use. There is a spacious main bathroom with a huge tub which was nice. They had a kayak and paddle board for use as well. There was a good selection of board games, books, and puzzles in the house. We were a little disappointed the diner isn't open right now but saw that there is a new bar by the marina instead. We had a great time and hope to return next year. Had a great stay while getting work done on our house. Adam was super flexible, helping us extend extra days while the work was being done. Veranda Beach is a wonderful spot and the place was in great shape. Much appreciated.

We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again. The house is beautiful, with a great layout and impressive finishes. Probably the most pleasant surprise was how well stocked the house is. The kitchen is fun to cook in particularly because it has everything you need. It’s a relaxing, cozy and comfortable home. Stay here!

Our group had a lovely stay! The house is situated with lovely views of the water and was well appointed. The house is walkable to the lodge which made it extremely convenient for the wedding we were attending. We would recommend!
