Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Enjoy an amazing view from your apartment or relax by the creek. We are conveniently located 5 miles south of Grand Mesa National Forest and 5 miles north of the charming town of Cedaredge close to Hwy 65. The property is private and quiet . We live above the apartments but are very quiet and easily accessible if you need anything. The Grand Mesa is the largest flat-topped mountain in the world is the perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts.

Cozy Basement in Heart of Paonia

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.

The log wrapped closet with shelves provides plenty of storage space and you'll find other hooks strategically placed for your convenience. No Cleaning Fee!
