The condo was spacious and did have beach towels as well as bath towels. We had a bit of an issue with a room assignment due to booking through Air BnB instead of through the resort directly but the resort called and was able to send me the check-in instructions. Overall a great location with a short walk to the beach.

We had a great time at Ann’s place! She was very communicative and informative, and gave us great local recommendations. The unit was pristine and had a great view of the beach right from the private balcony! Great week in paradise!

Our stay was perfect. We would have preferred the canal view room, but I don't think any were available. The breakfast was nice and light! They had fishing equipment to sign-out which was perfect for beach fishing!

If I could give Caitlin’s place 10 stars I would! It was exactly as described and better. It was beautifully decorated and had many little touches that made it seem like home. Everything was exceptionally clean and neat. She had everything we needed for our stay and everything was very organized. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. It felt completely private even though we shared a building with another guest…you didn’t even know anyone else was there. The guests we did meet walking in and out were very friendly. The backyard and grounds were like an oasis, …beautifully landscaped. Being pet friendly was wonderful too. I highly recommend this cottage! It’s perfect for a couple to spend a few days or a few months in Naples!

A perfect place to be on vacations

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for two nights and it was perfect. The room is super clean and cute and it was perfect size for us. We were good distance to everything we needed and had a great weekend!!

Exactly what was needed for our time away from snow and cold! Wonderful space for multigenerational family. Our host was communicative and created a wonderful space for community amongst visiting guests. We’ll definitely come back and recommend.

This place is fantastic if you want to travel to Sanibel Island and Captiva. The place is more like a condo than a hotel room. We had two queen beds in a separate room, a small living room with sofas, a small kitchenette, and a bathroom. We were traveling with our large dog (~70lbs) so we were worried that a hotel room would be too small. This place ended up perfect. There are tons of great eateries within a 15-30 minute drive, and the attractions are also pretty drivable.

The room was clean and had enough kitchen items for us to eat in our room. The bed was very very firm. I will happily stay at this facility again and found it to be a good value. The pool was clean and heated. We can’t believe we swam outside in early February.

I was traveling with my brother so we opted for 1 king, 1 queen bedroom. What we didn't know until we got there was it was actually two bedrooms, separated by a bath and kitchenette. It was perfect, clean linens, soft beds and a super cute outdoor area. There were bikes and paddle boards for us to enjoy free of charge. Wish we could've stayed longer to take advantage of all the amenities. I will stay here again.

Fantastic stay! The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the entire process seamless. The space was thoughtfully designed and provided everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!
