Hi :) Guests say the apartment is nice, sunny and with good energy. :) You have the whole apartment to yourself. Flat have a green balcony, a big living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a charming kitchen :) (63 m2) Parking is free in front of the apartment and guests have a towel, cosmetics, coffee, tea and other small items FOR FREE... The apartment is old but clean and fragrant, so guests feel good here. I look forward to your visit :)

Beautiful apartment in the city centre of Košice

A brand new 2bedroom flat situated in the centre of the city, just a few steps from the main street with a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife and in walking distance to the historical centre of Košice. The apartment is unique and nicely furnished. There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is large living room with very comfortable sofa/bed.

Our Rezidencia Apartments are an excellent choice for demanding guests, suitable for tourists, business travellers, and families. They are located in the city centre, making them ideal for visiting landmarks and local attractions. The area offers great transport access and full civic amenities. Some of our apartments include private parking, but this particular one unfortunately does not.
