Restaurants, Bars, kleine Läden, aber auch Atelliers und Theater liegen direkt vor der Tür und laden zur Besichtigung ein. Die Straßenbahn ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen und in etwa 10 min ist man in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung liegt im Innenhof und ist sehr ruhig. Von der Wohnung aus, kann man über ein paar Stufen eine Terrasse im Grünen genießen.
