Bright Poolside Walkout Two Bedroom Basement Suite

Spacious basement suite with SHARED POOL in the sunny Okanagan. The heated salt water pool is open from Victoria Day to Labour Day, weather permitting. We use the pool on hot days for 1.5 hours around 3:30 pm. The suite has 2 bed, 2 bath with full kitchen, laundry and dishwasher. Outdoors, enjoy your own BBQ and patio. The suite is has its own heating, A/C and thermostat. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. There is an electric car charger and a playground across the street.

Plenty of trails & wineries nearby (Dirty Laundry is within walking distance) along with the amenities of downtown Summerland & Okanagan Lake a short drive/bike ride away.

If you're looking for a rustic farm retreat, you've found the right place. We're renting out our private apartment suite located on the main floor of our home. The property is located in a beautiful little town called Cawston which is known for its abundance of fruit trees and wineries that are nestled in a valley between rolling mountains. The Similkameen river runs through the town and is only a three to five minute walk from the property. Come on down, we'd love to have you stay with us.

With sweeping views of the lake from the two large balconies with Weber BBQ, dining, and lounge seating. Condo is located across the street from the beach, and outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and gym.
